Common Questions.
What if my cleaner is sick or can't make it? +
That's exactly what we built MTRX to handle. We operate a pipeline of vetted contractors, not a single person. If your assigned cleaner is unavailable, we dispatch a backup — you don't need to do anything and your check-in isn't affected.
Do you work weekends? +
Yes. Airbnb doesn't take weekends off and neither do we. Turnovers can be scheduled any day of the week, subject to availability. We recommend giving as much notice as possible for weekend slots.
What if a guest damages something? +
We photograph the property after every clean, which gives you a clear before/after record. If we spot damage during a turnover, we flag it to you immediately with photos — giving you everything you need to raise a claim with Airbnb.
How do I pay? +
New hosts pay within 24 hours of completion by bank transfer or Revolut. Regular hosts (5+ cleans) move to weekly billing — invoiced Monday, payment due Friday. VAT-compliant invoices available on request.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract? +
No. There's no lock-in to get started. We'd rather earn your repeat business by doing a great job than tie you into a contract. Regular hosts get priority scheduling and weekly billing perks.
